Items are shipped standard ground shipping USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order details. Products ship from Reno, NV and estimated transit times vary from 1-7 days depending on location.
For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Email customerservice@nufoot.com to request a return. If approved, Nufoot will issue an RMA number, this must be written on the package. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Yes. Custom products (special orders or personalized items) are not returnable, and Nufoot cannot accept returns on sale items. If you’re unsure about your item, contact support before initiating a return.
Exchanges are handled by returning your original item first; once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.  Refunds are issued to the original payment method after Nufoot receives and inspects the return. Refund processing is typically 5–7 business days, and your bank may take additional time to post it.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I really like the NuFoot Mary Jane's, but I'm surprised by the sizing. I wear a women's 8-1/2 shoe, and I might have ordered a Large, but in reading the reviews it seemed I'd actually need an XL. That's what I ordered, and that's what I got, but they still are definitely snug. If I wore a women's size 9 they'd be too small.
Ordered some new ones to replace some I have had over 10 years that are finally getting holes in the bottom. These are great to wear around the house, for exercise, and when traveling.
I just received these.. they are exactly what I was looking for !! They are so comfortable and I love that they are foldable!! I bought a Size Large in the Black Houndstooth.. they are a perfect fit!! Love them!! *Purchased a second and 3rd pair this month December 2025!• Love them!!!
Seem like they would be functional but too short. I wear a solid size 10 and I ordered the XL which says it fits 10-12. Even though they are fabric and a little stretchy they hurt my big toe. Too late to send back but I can't wear them.
They are cute. Feels like you are wearing socks. So no cushion at all at the bottom. I mean, if you're lounging at home and don't want to be barefooted, then these are it. Again, no cushion whatsoever... oh, and size up. Large states to fit 8-11. I'm a size 8 and my big toe rubs the tip of the slipper so I can only imagine hiw it would fit a 9, 10 or 11...ouch
They fit well. I wear a size 10 1/2. It feels like you are walking barefoot, but there is protection if you step on something, and they are warm. They look like you're wearing shoes, which is why I wear them at work. Due to a knee injury, I walk better without shoes. The children I work with kept asking why I didn't have to wear shoes, but they did. I used to tell them they could walk in sock feet if they had a doctor's note, like I did. Now I wear these. Highly recommended. You'e likely to end up buying these in several colors and patterns. The polka dot ones get me the most compliments.
This are supercute, I have gotten tons of compliments and requests where I got these from. Ballroom dancer - these are perfect for practice, very comfortable, fit very well. Will order in several other colors.
The fit was amazing super comfortable. But the material is very thin. Like a sock. But if you're used to being barefoot this is a great product and great for the price.
I purchased a pair of XL NuFoot Mary Janes. I wear a size 10.5 shoe. These are supposed to fit size 10-12. They are too tight for my toes. No possible way is the sizing correct.
These are perfect for tai chi, when you don't want your feet constricted and you really want to feel grounded. My last pair lasted about a hear and a half before I wore holes in the balls of the feet from turning. Wore this pair only indoors on carpeting and hardwood floors. Carpeting isn't great for tai chi, but, ya gotto go with what ya got.
I...LOVE...these footies!! I don't love shoes when I'm in the house...LOL. I'd much rather walk around barefoot, but I came across these, and ended up getting a pair for Christmas and that was "all she wrote". They are comfy and they keep my feet soft when I take them off at the end of the night. I have to have these on my feet EVERY day and now I have black, navy, purple and brown and yes, I plan on buying more!
